4.2 Cashback Confirmation

Approval timelines may vary depending on the merchant and can take approximately 45–90 days or longer in some cases.

4.3 Cashback Rejection

Cashback may be rejected for reasons including:

• Order cancellation or return
• Payment failure
• Duplicate or fraudulent transactions
• Violation of merchant terms
• Tracking failure
• Use of unauthorized promo codes

FynCash does not guarantee cashback approval for every transaction.

5. Withdrawals

Users may withdraw cashback subject to:

• Minimum withdrawal threshold set by FynCash
• Successful KYC verification if required
• Availability of valid bank account or UPI details

Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on banking or payment systems.

FynCash reserves the right to hold or reverse withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

6. Referral Program

If applicable, referral rewards:

• Will not be granted for fake, duplicate, or self-created accounts

Abuse of referral systems may result in permanent account suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Cashback losses due to tracking issues
• Third-party merchant actions
• Technical interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
